Common Questions
Where do the sessions take place?
We use community spaces across central Bristol—usually in Clifton, Redland, Southville, and Bishopston. The exact location is confirmed when you book and depends on which programme you choose.
Can I attend a session before committing to a full programme?
We don't offer trial sessions because the programmes build progressively—jumping in for one session wouldn't give an accurate picture. However, we're happy to arrange a phone or video call to discuss the content in detail.
What if my child misses a session?
We provide catch-up materials and a brief one-on-one call to cover what was missed. For multi-week programmes, we can often arrange for them to join an equivalent session in another running group.
Do you offer sibling discounts?
Yes. If booking multiple children from the same family into programmes running in the same term, contact us for a discount code before booking.
Are the programmes suitable for neurodiverse children?
Absolutely. We keep groups small and adapt our delivery to accommodate different learning styles. For children who might find group settings challenging, our one-to-one coaching is specifically designed to be flexible. Just let us know any specific needs when booking.
What's your refund policy?
Full refund if you cancel more than 14 days before the first session. After that, we can transfer you to a later term or offer a 50% refund. See our Terms of Use for complete details.
