brave-motif provides financial education programmes for children and teenagers in Bristol, United Kingdom. Our services include workshops, coaching sessions, and educational materials designed to develop financial literacy skills.

Booking and Payment

Programme Booking

When you book a programme through our website:

• A place is reserved for the selected participant(s)
• You will receive confirmation within 24 hours via email
• Payment is required within 7 days to secure your booking
• Failure to complete payment may result in your place being released

Payment Terms

• All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
• Payment must be made in full before the first session unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing
• We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or debit card
• Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• More than 14 days before first session: Full refund
• 7-14 days before first session: 50% refund or transfer to another term
• Less than 7 days before first session: No refund, but may transfer to another term (subject to availability)
• After programme starts: No refund for missed sessions

Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel a programme if:

• Minimum participant numbers are not met
• Unforeseen circumstances prevent us from delivering the programme
• A facilitator is unavailable due to illness or emergency

In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date.

Programme Participation

Participant Requirements

• Participants must be within the specified age range for each programme
• Parents/guardians must provide accurate information when booking
• Special requirements or needs should be disclosed at time of booking
• Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards facilitators and other participants

Missed Sessions

• No refunds are provided for missed sessions
• We will provide catch-up materials where possible
• For multi-week programmes, we may arrange for participants to attend an equivalent session in another running group

Behaviour and Conduct

We expect all participants to:

• Treat facilitators and other participants with respect
• Follow facilitator instructions during sessions
• Participate constructively in activities and discussions

We reserve the right to remove a participant from a programme without refund if their behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our programmes, including text, graphics, logos, images, and programme materials, is the property of brave-motif and protected by copyright laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce or redistribute our materials without written permission
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Modify or create derivative works from our materials

Programme participants may keep and use provided materials for personal educational purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We provide educational services only and are not financial advisers
• We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on our programmes
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant programme
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

Safeguarding

The safety and wellbeing of all participants is our priority. All our facilitators have enhanced DBS checks. We follow safeguarding best practices and will report any concerns to appropriate authorities as required by law.

Photography and Media

We may take photographs or videos during sessions for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or filmed, please inform us in writing at the time of booking.
